Exposure Marine XS marine torch case includes:
Mini construction the torch can be worn around the neck and forgotten about whilst remaining easily accessible.
High visibility yellow silicone band
Twist operation easy, simple twist operation allows the light to be operated by one hand alone or easily turned when biting the silicone band.
IP67 Rated for reliability in the toughest conditions.
Centrally located lanyard will not get in the way when biting the silicone band and twisting the light on.
Rechargeable batteries the option of using Exposure rechargeable batteries gives the flexibility of having a higher output but shorter burtimes which is compensated for by having the recharge ability.
Non-rechargeable batteries when using Exposure disposable batteries you gain an extra six hours of burtime, however, to compensate for this the output is lowered, which is still easily enough to carry out all confined space and close range operations.
To turn on: twist the head towards the left until light illuminates.
The light will automatically refer back to your previous setting - High / Low.
To change mode: turn the light off by turning the head to the right. Turn the light back on within 3 seconds and the mode will have changed. A rapid flash will occur after 3 seconds to indicate the light is set in the current mode.
To turn off: turn the head towards the right until it turns off (be careful not to twist too far so that o-ring seal stays effective).
Replacing batteries
Your Exposure Marine XS can use either disposable or rechargeable CR123 batteries; we recommend you use Exposure cells as performance will vary between manufacturers. The XS output intensity will differ depending on disposable and rechargeable cells. Rechargeable cells run at 3.7 volts resulting in around a third brighter output compared to 3.0 volt disposables which have a lower output but almost triple the burntime.
